Keisuke Fujii, Research and Development Project Leader at the Quantum Software Research Hub and Deputy Director of the Center for Quantum Information and Quantum Biology at Osaka University, has received the 19th Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) Prize from the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science.

The Japan Society for the Promotion of Science Prize aims to identify young researchers with creativity and excellent research abilities, enhance their motivation for research by recognizing them at an early stage, and support the development of their research, thereby advancing the level of academic research in Japan to world-class standards.
This time, prizes were given to 25 researchers from all fields of humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.

The prize ceremony will be held around February next year at the Japan Academy (Tokyo).
